We respond promptly during business hours. For anything time-critical about a scheduled or running lottery, email service@auditdraw.com right away and mention the lottery by name.

When you write in, a couple of details let us jump straight to your issue:
- Your organization's name as registered with AuditDraw.
- The lottery name or invoice number in question, if there is one.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the screen (or the exact wording of any message you saw) is worth a hundred words.
Important: Please do not attach applicant files or lists of applicant information to support emails. We will never need them by email; anything involving your applicant data happens securely inside your account. And remember from Chapter 1: AuditDraw will never ask you for your password or a login code.
