Our website makes lottery setup and scheduling simple.

Upload source
Upload your spreadsheet as it already is. There is no predefined structure or column-naming scheme to follow. Each row constitutes one entry, and weighting (single rows representing multiple entries) is fully supported.

Confirm and schedule
Confirm columns and entry count, then schedule the lottery run at a specific time and date, or have it run as soon as possible. You'll also be informed of when to expect the results afterwards.

The drawing process
Your lottery runs on its own dedicated server, isolated from the internet, with cryptographically-secure randomization modeled on real-world physics. The draw of each entry takes 1-2 minutes, and all get their own unique timestamps in the processing log.

Signed records
Only the server that handled your lottery can generate the results, logs, summaries, and Certificate of Authenticity from that lottery, and is only able to so once. First, final, and only versions, for everything you receive.

Delivery of results
The internet-isolated server that processed your lottery holds the only existing copy of the data you've uploaded to us, and is immediately wiped. The system emails you with a secure download link for the results and all supporting records.

Security by absence.
Hold sensitive data for as short a time as possible. Protect it heavily while it exists. Destroy it the moment the work is done.
Applicant data is encrypted in transit and at rest, handled only by the sealed server, and purged on completion. AuditDraw keeps no copies of anything you've uploaded to us. There is nothing for a breach to expose.
