What this confirms
A matching record confirms that AuditDraw performed the lottery shown, as a neutral third party, with the same name, entry count, completion date, and AuthentiKey signatures as the certificate you hold. Records are created by the sealed server that ran the lottery, at the moment of completion, and cannot be added to, edited, or recreated afterward, by anyone.
What this protects
Verification never exposes personal information. Records display only the lottery's name, number of entries, and completion date (in UTC). They never show applicant details or the administering agency's identity. The registry cannot be browsed or searched by name; only a valid Certificate Key opens a record.
