6. Account settings and your profile

Share Share on LinkedIn Share by email

Two settings pages cover everything personal and organizational:

  • My Profile: settings about you (your name, password, and display preferences). Every user has one.
  • Account Settings: settings about your organization (its details, invoicing preferences, and billing mode). Only account owners and administrators can open this page.

Both live in the menu under your name in the top corner of the Account Center.

My Profile

Click your name, then My Profile. The page has four sections:

Personal Details

Your Display Name, First Name, Last Name, and Job Title. Click Save Personal Details after editing.

Contact Info

Your phone and mailing address. Your Email Address is shown here but cannot be edited yourself, because it is how you sign in; if it ever needs to change, contact support (Chapter 10) and we will update it safely.

Localization

How dates and times are displayed to you: your timezone and preferred date and time formats. If lottery times ever look "off by a few hours", check your timezone here first.

Password (this is where you set a new password)

Whether you are choosing your first password or replacing a forgotten one, the steps are the same:

  1. If you do not know your current password, no problem: log in with an emailed code (Chapter 1, Option B). There is deliberately no "current password" box here, so you can always set a new one after signing in.
  2. On My Profile, scroll to the Password section.
  3. Enter your new password in New Password and again in Confirm New Password. It must be 10 to 24 characters; a short phrase with a number works well and is easy to remember.
  4. Click Update Password.

Note: Updating your password signs you out of every other device and browser where you were logged in. The device you are using stays signed in. This is a safety feature: if you changed your password because something felt wrong, any stray sessions are closed instantly.

Account Settings

Click your name, then Account Settings. (If you do not see it, your roles do not include account administration.) The page has four sections:

Organization

Your organization's display name, general email, main phone, and address. These details appear on your invoices, so keep them current.

Localization

Account-wide date and time formats, applied wherever dates are shown for your organization: on invoices, notices, and shared views. (This is separate from the personal display preferences on My Profile.)

Invoicing: send copies of invoices and receipts to more people

If your finance office or anyone else should receive billing emails, you do not need to forward anything. Add their addresses here:

  1. Find the Invoice Email CC List field. Type an email address and press Enter; it becomes a small chip. Add up to 10 addresses. Every future invoice email is copied to each of them, PDF included.
  2. Do the same in the Receipt Email CC List for payment receipts. Also up to 10 addresses.
  3. Click Save Invoicing.

Tip: This section also lets you set a separate "invoice-to" name and address if your invoices should be addressed to a specific person or department, for example "Attn: Accounts Payable".

Important: CC recipients can read, not pay. People on these CC lists receive copies of the emails, but they cannot log in or make payments. If you want one or more people to be able to pay invoices by card themselves, invite them to the account (Chapter 2) so they have their own login, and give them both the Account Member and Billing Manager roles. Chapter 7 shows how to add roles to someone already on your team.

Billing Mode

This section controls whether each lottery gets its own invoice (how every account starts) or whether charges are combined. It unlocks after your first payment; Chapter 9 has the details.
