Two ways to work with us.
However a lottery reaches us, through the AuditDraw Express platform or our Full-Service email option, it is processed by the same secure engine and produces the same audit-grade results package. The choice is about convenience, not quality.

Before the platform existed, AuditDraw ran every lottery as a managed, done-for-you service: clients emailed their data and instructions, we set up and scheduled the lotteries, and results were delivered automatically by email. That option isn't going away. The processing, security, and deliverables are the same. Only the way the work reaches us is different.
Running a Full-Service lottery takes one message to service@auditdraw.com with three things:
1. Your applicant spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv).
2. Your lottery options: weighting on or off, pass-through columns, and any sensitive columns to censor from the "Safe" files.
3. When it should run: a specific date and time, or "as soon as possible."

The addon fee for Full-Service processing is waived for all lotteries run through July 31, 2026. Create your account, and your first lottery can be underway as soon as your eligibility is confirmed.
Standard Full-Service pricing applies beginning August 1, 2026. Full-Service is offered as an add-on to standard lottery processing.API-based service, coming soon.
For organizations that want lottery processing built directly into their own systems: your software submits applicant data and options programmatically, AuditDraw performs the drawing inside the same sealed environment, and the results and verifiable records are returned to your system. No manual uploading or downloading. This will appeal most to larger agencies, software vendors, and contractors who process lotteries at volume. Interested? Billing that fits how your organization pays.
Billing is built to be flexible: in nearly every case you can choose the arrangement that best fits how your organization budgets and pays. Individual account members can be granted access to invoices and receipts, or given payment authority. New account holders receive a full pricing breakdown by email upon eligibility approval, and current pricing is always available in your account after login.

Spending controls. For every billing option, the account manager controls the money side just as they control access: limiting who may incur charges, setting spend limits, and choosing whether approved spending happens automatically or requires sign-off first. For organizations doing contract work for others, third-party and pass-through invoicing arrangements are available where needed.
Sales tax
AuditDraw's services are provided from Utah, where this type of service is generally taxable, so the billing system applies Utah sales tax by default. Many of our clients are exempt: federal, state, and local government entities, and qualifying nonprofit organizations. If your organization is tax-exempt, provide your exemption documentation and sales tax will not be charged.
W-9
AuditDraw operates as a registered company and provides a current business W-9 (under the company's federal EIN) to any client who requests one, which government agencies commonly do when establishing a vendor record. Simply ask, and we'll send it.
